FirePits CR
Engineering a digital showroom for a luxury fire pit company.
We chose this case because it could easily be yours.
After more than $2,500 had been quoted and four months had passed without a finished website, FirePits CR still lacked a digital experience capable of representing its products or supporting its sales process.
We transformed the project into an immersive platform where customers can explore products in 3D, visualize them inside their own space and discover the company’s work through stories designed to build desire and confidence.

Why We Chose This Case
Because this could easily happen to your business.
A company hires someone to build its website.
The project begins with promises, meetings and an expensive proposal.
Months pass.
The website is still unfinished.
The business has no control over the process, no measurable SEO foundation and no digital asset capable of generating value.
FirePits CR was not an unusual case.
That is exactly why we chose to show it.
This case is not only about the website we built.
It is about what a business should expect when investing in its digital presence.
The Starting Point
More than $2,500 for a website that had not been delivered.
- More than $2,500 quoted
- Four months without final delivery
- No meaningful SEO foundation
- No digital experience aligned with a luxury product
- No interactive product visualization
- No clear sales narrative
- No website actively supporting the commercial process
The problem was not only the delay.
Even if the original website had eventually been delivered, it would not have solved the company’s real business problem.
FirePits CR did not need pages filled with information.
It needed a digital experience capable of making a premium, highly visual and spatial product easier to understand and easier to desire.
The Business Need
A luxury product presented through an ordinary digital experience.
FirePits CR designs and manufactures custom fire pits for residential, commercial and architectural spaces.
Its products are visual, physical and deeply connected to the environments where they are installed.
The company was not selling a commodity.
It was selling atmosphere, craftsmanship, proportion and transformation of space.
But its digital presence did not communicate that value.
What the business needed
- Represent a luxury product company
- Elevate brand perception
- Communicate custom manufacturing
- Show materials and possibilities
- Help customers understand scale and proportion
- Turn visual inspiration into commercial conversations
- Create a solid SEO foundation
- Build a tool useful for the sales process
The Strategic Shift
We stopped thinking about pages and started designing the buying experience.
A customer does not buy a custom fire pit because they read a longer product description.
They buy when they can imagine the product becoming part of their home, terrace, hotel or architectural project.
That insight changed the direction of the entire website.
Instead of creating a traditional product catalog, we engineered a digital showroom.
They were paying for a website. What they needed was a sales experience.
A Luxury Home Experience
The website had to feel like the product.
The home page was designed around atmosphere, materiality, architecture and restraint.
Large imagery, deliberate typography, spacious compositions and project-based storytelling allow the brand to communicate craftsmanship without relying on exaggerated claims.
Luxury visual direction · Photography as protagonist · Editorial hierarchy · Clear navigation · Bilingual experience · Real project presentation · Product customization · Responsive experience · Naturally integrated CTAs
Luxury should be experienced before it is explained.

Interactive 3D Models
Customers no longer have to understand the product through static images.
We implemented interactive 3D representations of the fire pit models directly inside the website.
Visitors can rotate each product, inspect it from multiple angles and better understand its form before beginning a conversation with the company.

- Reduce uncertainty
- Improve product understanding
- Communicate form and proportion
- Differentiate the company within its niche
- Help architects and designers evaluate the product
- Turn the website into a practical sales tool
A product designed for physical spaces deserved more than flat images.
View It in Your Space
From viewing the product to seeing it inside your own environment.
On supported devices, customers can open a compatible model and visualize how the fire pit could look inside their own home, terrace or project.
This allows them to explore placement, scale and proportion before committing to a final configuration.
The experience moves beyond a traditional website and becomes a practical visualization and sales tool.
- 01 Explore in 3D
- 02 Open in your space
- 03 Understand scale
- 04 Make a more confident decision
The website does not only show the product. It helps the customer place it.

Storytelling That Helps Sell
Projects were presented as stories, not gallery images.
Most portfolio websites show a photograph, a project name and very little context.
We structured FirePits CR around real applications, environments and use cases.
Each project helps the visitor understand the product through the space it transformed.
Residential projects communicate atmosphere and connection.
Commercial projects communicate experience and differentiation.
Custom installations communicate technical capability and flexibility.
- The space
- The challenge
- The idea
- The material decision
- The installation
- The transformation
We did not create a gallery. We created evidence.

SEO From the Foundation
A beautiful website nobody can find is not a business asset.
SEO was not added at the end as a plugin or checklist.
It was considered in the structure of the website from the beginning.
The original project did not include a credible SEO strategy.
Semantic architecture · Metadata · Canonicals · Sitemap · Robots directives · Structured data · Image optimization · Alt text · Performance · Mobile usability · Bilingual architecture · Local SEO foundation · Product and project content structure
A beautiful website nobody can find is not a business asset.
More Than a Website
The final product became part of the sales process.
The new FirePits CR website does more than communicate who the company is.
It helps potential customers explore products, understand customization, visualize scale, discover real projects and begin a better-informed conversation with the sales team.
It gives the company a digital experience aligned with the quality of what it manufactures.
- Stronger luxury positioning
- Better product understanding
- Greater differentiation
- Lower uncertainty before requesting a quote
- A useful tool for the sales team
- A useful resource for architects and designers
- A scalable SEO foundation
- Greater control over the digital asset
- A platform prepared to evolve
Before and After
Before

The difference was not a better-looking website.
The difference was finally solving the right problem.
You should not wait four months to discover that your website cannot help your business.
FirePits CR came to us after investing time and money in a website that was not delivering.
We did not simply finish what someone else had started.
We reconsidered what the business actually needed.
The result was an immersive digital showroom that represents the quality of the brand, supports the commercial process and gives customers a more confident way to understand the product.
We did not rebuild a delayed website.
We transformed it into a digital sales experience.
